This project involved constructing a brand-new 3,520 sq. ft. clubhouse and leasing office for an existing multifamily apartment complex in Orangevale, CA. Designed to elevate resident experience, the space includes a lounge, meeting rooms, co-working areas, and a fully integrated kitchen and entertaining area. Scope included structural addition, solar light pole installation, and fire pit electrical connection — delivered on time, to code, and with zero disruptions to tenants.
